Use active voice. Use definite assertions, avoid tame, non-committal language. Don't use cans and maybes and mites and maybes if you really have something to say. Avoid general, vague and abstract in favor of concrete, real things. This kind of writing is hard because it sounds so high, high flown. People don't easily get it. It's much harder to understand.
