The Two Aspects of the Non Dual Understanding

i would suggest that it is the that we as individuals emerge out of the universe. The fundamental nature of ourself must be the same as the fundamental nature of the universe, i say. And thus its nature is joy. There is no agitationit. Thus its nature is peace. But then the more deeply we go into it, we realize that this being is the being that we share with every one and everything. This takes us out of the privacy of our own heart,. out into the world, and we realize that thath, the being we are is, is shared with every one.
