Karl macintyre was a well known figure in far right evangelical circles. In the mid fifties, he and hargus came up with an idea to send bibles by balloon into other countries. They did this not once, not twice, but three times. And each time sent hundreds of thousands of bibles over the iron curtain. The propaganda afterwards was always amazing.
