Do You Find People From Other Languages and Train Them Up?

Aspirationally I've aspirationally wanted to bring people from other languages and the thing is it's hard to meet people where they're at. For younger developers, or I should say earlier in their career developers who have so many low level primitives that you don't get exposed to another language like elixir. Do you notice any commonalities between people picking up elixir as like the first language and adopting kind of the paradigms and F P versus maybe somebody who's later on in their career and came from an OO language. Like do you see any, any common threads across kind of those two, those two groups?
