I find doing work is a reward. I don't, the rewards doesn't have to come afterwards. The great painter, Pissaro used to say the same thing. You can't do radio from a fairly long period of time as I've been lucky enough to do thus far. A, you have to love it. And B, you haveto understand that it's coming back tomorrow.
