12 Howards

Frann and rachel found 12 different facebook accounts, each with its own persona. Some of the posts were bizarre, ranging from cannibalism to burning things. Frann: "It was hard to make sense of what howard was up to or why" They turned the posts over to police but there wasn't much they could do about them.
