The Future of Video Conferencing

When we try to recreate human interactions, they fall apart. Like I've got a friend who frequently suggests that the best way to have a modern conversation or a digital conference is this website. Part of me wonders if it's just like one of these things like flying cars. You know, if you go to generation before Cyberpunk, what they thought the future would be would beFlying cars and it turns out nobody really wants them.
