The Importance of Blood Pressure
The most important risk factor for her today is her blood pressure. So while it's not clinically manifest, I would call her primary and a half prevention. The break point was at 100 for the coronary calcium score. That patient has enough burden of disease where you are more likely to prevent an event with aspirin than you are to cause a major bleed.
