How Much Did Routines Impact Your Performance?
There's this moment that we like to call a coupote, controller controllables. Focus on the things you can't control and not worry about the things you cannot an t yoan not. It must be a strong emphasis on hit, because that becomes the negative that interfere with the positive of you being able to perform at the highest level. Rest and recovery has to be part of it. So i was always trying to find that balance but also finding balance with the things you want to do away from from the track, or away from our sport.
