As a result of being on the bike nonstop, he got down to about 125 pounds at 5'8". I'm still carrying a fair bit of muscle and muscle is way heavier than fat. That level of leanness is physically uncomfortable. Your butt is just bony. It hurts to sit on anything that isn't generously padded. My body is sending me hardcore hormonal signals. We can't just be lying around. We have to go find food. Wake up, wake up.
