Empathy and Good Healthcare Practice
Lissana: I'm interested in some of the experiments you've done where you've compared what medical people and non-medical people do. Even things like stitching up a wound on a kind of fake arm. Jeremy: We don't define empathy as actually trying to feel the emotion although that does happen to some degree we train people to be emotionally curious or regulate themselves throughout those tasks.
