How Jerry Colzer Trained to Be a Butter Sculptor

Linda Christiansen was the butter sculptor at the Minnesota State Fair for 50 years. She retired in 2020, and they picked an art teacher to replace her. Jerry Colzer trained with Linda before his first public appearance as a butter artist. He says he learned how to "set something aside and be like, you're done with it"
