The Importance of a Hot Debrief

I was quickly learning about cycling through magazines and books, but I wasn't getting that crucial information I needed to plan this project. My wife ran the campaign, did all the fundraising, managed to get me sponsorship as a noncyclist. So for me, being a military guy, as well, why would you not address those issues early? And because people do make mistakes, it's natural for people to make mistakes. It's not a problem. But as long as you learn from those mistakes and it doesn't repeat itself.
