I was once that person at Black Rock who was sitting there and was like I know I want to do something but wasn't doing it. Seeing someone on my floor ask of their boss for permission to go to their son's little league game made me realize where this could lead. So instead of going home the next day quitting I said okay let's be rational about this and find a way to passively pursue opportunities without necessarily giving up what I'm doing now. Just to write on the internet is to put your ideas out there because it's how we met It's how 95 percent of the people that I talked to on a daily basis talk to each other.
