The Power of Understanding Yourself

In a relationship or an organizational capacity, I have found that when you understand the other persons, where you are having communication problems. To me is the ultimate sort of test on communication and where problems. So it makes a couple just common and then a funny story to share on this. But I think there's understanding yourself as well.
