The Constraints Lead Approach to Coaching
Echological dynamics is the idea that individual and environe are mutually exclusive. We can't look at an individuals behaviour without context of the environment. The dynamic system's idea is this concept that the the movements that you produce, self organize under what we call constraints. And by manipulating the constraint, so we will change some of the constraints of the task or the environment.
