Seven of ten times i meet with a founder, i can tell they don't really give a ship about what they're doing. This isn't the idea that's going to do it for them. But sometimes, you know, maybe 30 % of the time, when i'm talking to somebody, i can see like, holy cow, this person really cares about this.
