The Slang of Love Island

I've been watching British TV for years because there used to be the show called Jordy Shore, another one that if you have never watched the show, it took place in Newcastle, England. And I lived in Costa Rica for a year and so it was the only thing that I could watch because there weren't a lot of shows in English. So I would watch it and it was like Jersey Shore, but in England. Instead of going to the beach, they would just like hang out in Newcastle and then go to the clubs. But some of the slang you got I picked up on there like they call girls birds.
