Gallianus - A Different Approach to the Roman Empire
The Peace of Gallianus continued until the Great Persecution under the Tetraaks in 303. The bishops in Egypt wrote to Gallianus for clarification on his policies. They're full rights to assemble in your house churches again, that they can occupy their cemeteries again. So Gallianus is actually remembered very positively by the Christians. Later Latin sources are what we won't call the senatorial tradition who have another beef against Gallianus.
