On one day in 1974, he shot 22 bears. Over the course of his reign, he's known to have killed at least 400 of the animals. He also blew off steam and the gigantic, almost impossibly large mansion he had constructed for himself using some of those same foreign loan dollars that he'd used to make giant factories with.
