Is Coffee Really Good Value for Money?
I think good coffee is, comparatively speaking, extremely affordable. You're drinking some of the best coffee in the world for not much more than some of the worst. There's a place in tokio that specializes in treating raw coffee as if it was fine wine that should be aged. I can't imagine those beans were still tasty, but maybe i'm wrong. So yes, raw coffee should absolutely, 100 % not be aged.
