Is There an Infinite Number of Planets or Is It Finite?

In the observable universe, we count around 100 billion galaxies. There may be more planets in a galaxy than stars. If you want to go there, we need another planet. Sorry, just don't do it unless we have terraformed Mars,. something Elon totally wants to do.
