Applying Lean in Different Industries
The way that we've structured our resources at the county, we don't have enough resources to really focus externally. We had a real great partnership, still do with our Cal State University of Channel Islands. And so they became partners with us where they would attend our training events and we would collaborate as they were building out their program. So you know, applying lean in different industries is always different,. Or different things like government versus a manufacturing organization or whatnot. I'm curious to get your thoughts on is there any difference? And if so, what is it?
