i wanted to write it all by myself. I didn't want to consult with anybody. And so i made arrangements to go down to the archives who had all the files. The special prosecutors were government employees. All their files that survived are kept at national archivesthey, not kept out of the nixon library. That's stuff from the next lithouse. This is like discovering 30 years ater that you can get the play book from the coach whose team beats you in the state finals. You know what your strengths were with the plays we're going to be an now you can see their side of the story and that's when it all starts to come together.
