Is Energy Security Back on the Policy Agenda?

Energy security is back on the policy agenda or it's back on the agenda more generally. The industry has really more cash than it knows what to do with, but rather than reinvesting it, it's just paying it out. Other investors will tell you that they struggle to take more than a 10-year view of where our suppliers are coming from. And clearly, the world has changed and we can blame the unbearrest things in finance for this.
