The Effects of TRP Depletion on T-Cell T-Rex

The researchers used a mouse model called CHIME, or CHIME, which basically is a CASB. They transduced the bone marrow with a library of different guide RNAs against these different master regulator candidates. And they showed that then there's a depletion of certain particular master regulators in the T-cell that they see in the tumor. So their top candidate from this analysis gene called TRP as one, which is a transcription of repressor that didn't really have a known function in T-cells.
