The Prisoner's Dilemma

LZ Granderson: It's a prisoner's dilemma in the sense that and the mosquito example is a good one. He says if all of my neighbors are assiduous in removing those pools of water, then if I don't do it, it doesn't affect the outcome very much. LZ: The United Nations would say we're going to send troops into China because many countries are worried about Rwandans killing their own people. That seems paradoxical; why should U.S. be able to act against Rwanda but not other nations?
