This is my sixth year of process group therapy. I do EMDR people have asked what is EMD are stand for and it stands for I movement desensitization and reprocessing. And they just use these certain modalities that allow you to revisit traumatic episodes in your past and neutralize their effects on you in your neural system. Whatever is between zero and 10 is what affects the entire rest of your adult life.
