Sole cycle founder's wife, julie rice, was one of the real grown ups that we work able to recruit. She came on as chief brand officer and shortly after joined the company, rebecca came back from a maternity leave and basically said, i'm going to have your job now. That's my title. And so i think that was kind of a warning sign that, you know, we werk, as long as adam and rebecca were controlling the company, was never going to recruit the kind of talent it needed to outgrow the kind of a star up phase.
