And so I've got much more scope and capacity to be cutting up prescribing doing different types of intervals north of my aerobic capacity. Whereas James has the opposite. Yeah, we can we can cut it up and divide that and prescribe differently below his aerobic capacity. That itself presents a really interesting challenge of, do I go for uniform training zones, so that they're equally sized for the purposes of prescribing and categorizing and reviewing training or do I stick to these landmarks?
