The Importance of Beauty
Plato says beauty is always a reason for seeking the object because that's sort of as he peeks further into that platonic image. One thing can be more beautiful than another seems obvious, but he makes a lot out of that to say actually there are whole different realms of beauty. And those lower forms of beauty, he thinks are really important and not to be shunned. They're like a vital part of our life on a daily.
