The City of Atlanta's Temporary Lease Agreement to Repurpose the ACDC Jail

Fulton County is paying the City of Atlanta $50 per bed per night. So when the full 700 beds are taking, Atlanta will be making $12.7 million a year. Before the lease went into effect, ACDC's average population was under 50 individuals per night.
