Anxiety and depression was really what led me to the breath. I couldn't find any programmems that weren't delivered in woo woo speakh man, don't take me there. So i built the breath and wellness programme to be three weeks long. It offers people an outlet for expression. The opposite of expression is depression. When your pressed, it means that you're sad. You're focusing on the past. Well, how do we get in the current moment? We actually have to bring ourselves up to speed. Like a captain on a ship.
