Donald Trump's lawyers are going to try to get this case thrown out before trial, so they're going to be filing motions. It could drag on into 2024; every day that it drags on, obviously, it will get closer to the primary voting and the beginning of the general election. Has this been a successful day for Donald Trump? You know, it's never a great day when you're indicted,. Even if it is not as bad as perhaps some of his supporters or some of his lawyers might have feared.
