Do You Have a System for Closing?

The magic number for everybody out there who comes on one of these calls is they close seven out of ten. The problem is that at most businesses, who are particularly service businesses, they might not be seeing ten prospects in a month. Most people don't have any idea. So we attack the problem from the other end and say, let's create a system so that, you know, after we've kind of reverse engineer how many clients you want to add a month, we'll apply some percentage to percentages to that to determine how many leads we need to create. That will tell us exactly what we need to do and whether or not we're winning. And that's a very measurable system
