Squat Down Two Inches?

There's no horizontal velocity, but i do think it's interesting to offer athletes those different levels where they can make different connections. I don't believe the absolute positions, just like internal cues, i don't think they're quitea transferable. Things need to be in a band within the to be a level of intuiting and problem solving there. In terms of the switching drills that i really like, that i do use russian lunges, speed rush and lunges like, to me, that is switching with rotational elements.
