The Challenges of Neo-Calvinism
Neo-Calvinism has a distinct historical sensibility that says there is no golden age. It's certainly more difficult in some cultures to be a Christian than in some others. Instead, Christian orthodoxy is something that puts down roots wherever it lands. And as it does so, it will affirm things that are good and true and beautiful,. But it will also challenge things that are not good andtrue and beautiful. So the Orthodox in modern impulse then says that if you want to be an Orthodox Christian and be part of the Church of Ages, you have to act like one.
