Jason: I think COVID reduced friction too much. But that reduction in friction made it too easy to do deals as well, right? And so that actually partially enabled new entrants to come into the market because now with a pretty small team, you can actually talk to lots of companies and significantly reduce cycle time of an investment. Now what it required us to do was significantly increase the size of the firm,. So we tripled during COVID as a firm. We added our operational team now, a nice operational team,  that helps to diligence on portfolio, but also kind of works with the portfolio companies post investment.
