i like to call epistemic humility, which is like being humble about how you know what you know. I think i'd raise my eyebrow at somebody who was just, like, moving all over and and acting too confident. And ultimately, i don't think it alters your performance. There do people i admire hugely have talked to about impostor sindrom one of whom shelley arshamba - she's been on our pod. Neil gamand a writer i love, who's, i've seen him respond to people about ipostor. Sintram too, in saying, the best thing is, ultimately it doesn't matter.
