Pregnancy - What Do You Do in the First Six Weeks?

I'm very curious about the first six weeks and what you recommend for new moms to be doing during that time. Soi it's certainly not running. If you're going to start strength train in earnest, around six weeks, what do you do before that time period? We lose a lot of range of motion, especially and like the thoracic spine area because of all the craziness that happens around the abdomen and the ribs.
