An 18-year-old boy was pulled over for drunk driving in Canada. He ripped his underwear off and put it in the back of a cop car to take a breathalyzer. The cops were too busy laughing at him to do anything, so he was eventually taken into custody. When they took him to court, an entire class of law students had to be removed from the courtroom due to their laughter.
