The Art of Pasta Making in China

Etherantou pastes are made with special instruments. One of the most popular types of pasta you can try in bejing at a chain called ba calala, or obea war. What they do is they rub little tongues of of pastor on to aboard, and then sort of flip them around into tubes, and then stand the tube upright on a steamer. The thing that's amazing is how casually they do it. China is a very food centric culture. People have been fascinated by the creative possibilities of food for two thousand years.
