Do you recommend to everyone wear a waist belt, or is that only for body builders or power lifters who are really pushing the limits on the weight tat they're trying to lift? So my quick answer is no. The more cogent question s, do they, are they bracing while do they understand this concept of bracing and an improving introdominal pressure to protect the spine? Where i, where i find there are benefits of using a weight belt, cause i'm not admly against them at all. Just it just comes down to what's the appropriate time and place to use them.
