00:00

Hegel's Philosophy of Right Wer

Hegel's early work is about absolute ethical life, sort of overcoming this split between ethical life and law. And then he keeps looking for like, more, like, better forms of ethical life in the modern state. This actually shows up in hegel's later work. In his philosophy of religion lectures, he's going to be like, i look outside and i just see signs of the times. The apocalypse is coming. We live in the second rome, where law is just imposed from above, and particular interest dominates everyone. And i don't know when it's going to happen, but i hope that it will happen soon.
