Rousseau wanted to bring down the rationality of civilized society. He wanted to elevate the nobility of the savage somehow by dialectically fusing those two things. A perfect society, in the marxest view, would be a society with no domination. It is a true society of people who see each other as equals and no one's dominating over anybody else.
