The Difference Between a Leader and a Follower
A leader is somebody who wants to make the decisions and they are okay with things maybe not going exactly how they thought. I think that sometimes with being a leader people get scared about a negative result falling on a decision that they made. For me it's important for my overarching thing to be to lead and to help you know pet of manage people as wellhow do you think about that as an interviewer where you can take charge or let others take charge? It's amazing so what is the difference between a leader and a follower? That's a very good question.
