Jackie, congratulations on converting that first home into a rental. On the search for properties number 3, 4, and 5. I think it's a fantastic idea. What we have seen in the past decade, particularly in 2020 and 2021, we have seen home prices rise at significantly above historic norms. We had a massive housing inventory shortfall prior to the Great Recession.
