What Is a Social Wage?

In many advanced capitalist countries, there are better social wages for the population than in countries where the social wages are necessary. The international monetary one world bank and others come in and say, no, you shouldn't subsidize education or so on. So when you squash social wages and you keep individual wages down, people have much less money than they are able to and much less resources to build their own lives. And that's an issue of great significance.
