The health of our portfolios is quite good. We still see relatively strong revenue growth, and we've seen very good am, you know, cost containment,. absent the inflationary pressures for scenery. So all those things together makes us feel very comfortable with the environment in but werel have to ge more thoughtful with respect to the under rights that we do.
