How Much Money Does It Take to Make Someone Speak Up?

In a company that was a billion dollars or more, the amount of money it would take to make someone speak up and put themselves at risk. In other words, how much corporate profits had to be at risk before they would tell somebody? Was near a hundred thousand dollars. So clearly that's too high. I'm not sure what the right number is. You know, it's not a dollar. It's definitely not $100,000, right? We want people to be willing to exert themselves,. you know, that small moment of exertion and interpersonal risk at a much, much lower number. in fact, I would say it ought to be $1,000,right?
